Thank you for shopping with DARSEN. Every DARSEN piece is handcrafted with care using premium leather and made to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Because our products are made to order, shipping times may differ from those of mass-produced goods.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 5–6 business days after payment has been successfully received. This period includes production, so production time is not added on top.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are counted from the next business day.

Made-to-Order Products

Our products are handcrafted specifically for each customer. Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed and is completed within 5–6 business days. If your order is ever delayed, we will notify you by email.

Estimated Shipping Times

Your order is delivered within 10–14 business days of payment: 5–6 business days for production and dispatch, plus the delivery time shown below. All orders are shipped through DHL, FedEx,UPS.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). DARSEN pays all customs duties, import taxes and VAT in advance, so you pay no customs charges on delivery.

Any other charges requested by the courier, and any additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are asked to pay customs duties, taxes or VAT at delivery, please contact us before paying.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate before placing your order.

DARSEN is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Such charges are paid by the buyer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

If your shipment has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number. We will work with the courier to locate your package. If it is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or refund you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged packaging
Clear photographs of the product

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange the correct replacement at no additional cost.
