Thank you for shopping with DARSEN. Every DARSEN piece is handcrafted with care using premium leather and made to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Because many of our products are made-to-order, shipping times may differ from those of mass-produced goods.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5-6 business days after payment has been successfully received.

For made-to-order products, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For Made-to order

Most DARSEN products are handcrafted specifically for each customer.

Production generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on the product and current order volume.

During busy seasons or promotional periods, production may require additional time.

Estimated Shipping Times

After production is complete, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United Arab Emirates: 3–7 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over USD $300.

  • A flat shipping fee of USD $30 applies to orders below USD $300.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

DARSEN is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.

If your shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the courier to help locate your package.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged packaging

  • Clear photographs of the product

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or appropriate resolution where applicable.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange the correct replacement at no additional cost.
