At DARSEN, every piece is handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail using premium leather and is made specifically for each customer. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and quality. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Made-to-Order Items

As each DARSEN product is handcrafted specifically for your order, made-to-order and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.

Please review product details, sizing, and color selections carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If you need a different size or style, please contact us before placing your order so we can help you choose the best option.

Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any non-refundable payment processing fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was sent.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as DARSEN is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, made-to-order orders cannot be cancelled.
